Beginner Sewing - Holiday Apron
This is a beginner sewing course to help you learn many of the basic sewing techniques. We furnish the sewing machines for your use. Come join us for a fun day of sewing! No sewing experience necessary. During this course you will learn:
- Basic sewing terms
- The parts of a sewing machine
- How to thread it and sew on it
- Fabric types
- What basic supplies you need to start sewing
- Constructing an Apron with ties and pockets
Bring a sack lunch and your basic sewing kit, pins, scissors, etc. &
1.5 yards of cotton material. We will have material available for purchase.
